About the Mentor 🌱

Chloe Young is a student at Duke University pursuing her Bachelors degree in Environmental Science & Policy with certificates in Energy and Entrepreneurship. She is known for her outgoing nature and leadership skills; she is definitely a people person. Chloe Co-Founded Eco Circle International, a non-profit bridging the gap between interdisciplinary environmental education and tangible action through international fellowships, at age 15, and has since gone on to do extensive work in environmental fields. Currently, she serves as the Director of Growth & Podcast Co-Host for Energy Terminal, a Consultant for the Global Research & Consulting Group, and is also conducting her own environmental sociology research. Moreover, she frequently represents the youth voice of the environmental movement, having presented at events such as the UN High Level Political Forum and the UNC Cleantech Conference. Outside of her academic and environmental work, Chloe loves traveling, trying new foods, listening to podcasts, and being outdoors!
